2015 Penguin Halloween Panic

Everyone is in the spirit for Halloween treats, except for Blizzard, who feels that tricks are the treat. Blizzard befriends a specter named Polter-Gus and accidentally unleash a swarm of unfriendly ghosts who terrorize the island.
