A soldier of the Holy Galactic Empire rised to the rank of Division Commander; and soon with great ambition of uniting the Great Galaxy, he had become the Emperor after defeated all the enemies including his young rival Racko. However, he also had to sacrifice lovers, friends and comrades to achieve his goal. Manga and Anime have different plots.
